Medication not delivered

Good Day,

This is the second time that I need to beg discovery medexpress to deliver an elderly persons medication. Last month was the same issue. They contact me saying a link will be send to me to pay in which I have 48 hours no link comes. My father inlaw who is 78 has medication to last him for a day than what does he do. He is diabetic and can't stay without medication. If something happens to him I will hold Discovery liable for not sending the medication.
