Medicals Savings Payout

I requested my medical savings to be paid into my account by Discovery for a medical plan I had with them and cancelled last year ,I am now being sent from pillar to post when I need to get my refund. I submitted the letter requested on by discovery and received reference number ***, I get different stories and reference numbers daily. I got another reference number today ***.

Can I please get my money paid out.
