Medical tax certificate trauma

SARS has request for a medical tax certificate for year 2017.I requested it from Discovery and the information provided after chasing up with them was incorrect. I followed up with Discovery bit taken from pillar to post and SARS has given me 21 days to get this sorted as I have *** escalated to keycare.Key care keeps logging new tickets and I keep having to explain the same thing over and over to a different agent though there is an email trail.Not sure what to do now as the days are going by and I am not getting any help.
