Medical Tax Certificate

On 28 January 2015 I did send an e-mail to [Email Removed] for my husbands medical Certificate of 2009. I got a e-mail back that I needed to send a consent form my husband did sign the form and I got a fast response from [Email Removed] after she struggled to get information I did make copies of the medical aid card and e-mailed it back to her. 20/03/2015 I get response back from naaziae stating the following <br> <br> I have escalated the query to management who have advised that Remedi was not always administered by Discovery Health. We traced this to Resolution Health. <br> <br> Unfortunately it is a different company and I don't have a contact number for them.<br> <br> Thank you for passing the bug, I did call Resolution Health and according to them never had medical aid REMEDI I can not use your excuse for SARS<br>
