Medical Serving Amount

To whom it may concern My name is Clarah and I have a compliant with Discovery in regard with my outstanding MSA. So far I spoke to a lady called Londiwe that has been assisting also she referred me to her manager that never spoke to me fully in regard with my outstanding payment from Discovery. Reference number WReference number*** - mail reference number *** proves that they have acknowledged and responded back to me. The issue started when an external company called me saying they acting on behalf of discovery of which did not make sense to me, that’s why I ended up calling them. I got retrenched in October 2020 and there’s a balance in my MSA that has to be paid/reimbursed back to me. I’ve been waiting for forms to complete of which they did not send me, and I’ve also notified them that my bank details have changed and have sent my copy of my ID and bank statement. I’m still waiting for them to call me unfortunately it has taken long and the last email I sent they did not respond. *** was attention to Londiwe. Your assistance is much appreciated.
