Medical Savings used for in Hospital procedure

<p>I really hope someone can help. On the 16th of August I was admitted with Authorisation number ********** 0. I was advised by Discovery that a Deductable of R3550.00 will apply that was only requested from the Hospital when I was discharged. This amount was Paid. On the 22nd I logged in to your website to check what Savings I have left and low and behold Nothing! On closer inspection I realised Discovery used my savings and some of the amount claimed was also not paid because I have no Savings. I spoke to Phumzile and she gave me Reference Number ********** 863, on her request I also sent Proof that the Deductable was paid. It is now 2 days later and still nothing has been sorted out. A doctors visit on the 18th was also not paid due to my Savings being used for Hospital stay. I have a follow up at the doctor and cant pay out of my own pocket, that is what my Savings was for. Please can someone sort this out.</p>
