Medical savings refund

I cancelled my Medical aid last year November and I still had my medical saving and as per communication, discovery was to pay the MSA to my account or my current medical aid and they had to do that in May. when i inquire about it now in June, the agent called me and told me that the amount was paid to my account but was unable to tell me when was this paid as i did not get it, she said she will get back to me of which she didn't till today. i followed up on that and Muhsin Kader rep**** that the amount R4343.72 was paid to Bankmed, when i followed with Bankmed they rep****, bankmed required the proof of transfer from Discovery. I did follow up with discovery to send me proof of transfer, of which they failed to do so as i got the same response from Xoliswa Mdla without the proof of transfer content of email are \We have paid an amount of R 4343.72 to Bankmed on the 07/03/2015.
