Medical Savings Payout

After the past two month’s struggles with Discovery I’ve got absolutely no regrets of cancelling my medical aid membership with Discovery if this is how they treat their ex-members.

I launched a query on the 16th of July for the early withdrawal of my medical aid savings balance, which was promptly approved stating that the withdrawal would be payed within 3-5 working days. But unfortunately, after that the wheels came off and I am currently still waiting for my money to be paid (57 days later).

I had numerous email and telephonic communications with Discovery and every time they tell me that they will follow up and let me know....STILL WAITING FOR A SINGLE CALL OR EMAIL.

I just want to be paid out the money due to me that was approved by Discovery.
