I have been calling Discovery consistently for the past 25 days to obtain clarity on this matter. Despite numerous calls, emails, and requests, I have received no clear explanation, no resolution, and no response to my emails. I have also requested to speak to a team manager, but this request has been repeatedly refused. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.
