Medical saving payout
Down graded my medical aid to \hospital plan/ medical aid with no saving attached. Remaining medical saving needs to be paid to me. I instructed the down grade in DEC 2014

Thank you for speaking to us earlier.
We confirmed that any positive funds remaining in the Medical Savings Account (MSA) due to a plan change with no MSA component will be refunded to the member after a period of four months. This is to allow for any claims that may be submitted.
We investigated the details of the call and confirm that the correct date was provided as to when the refund would be processed.
