Medical Saving Payment or Refund

I have terminated my discovery membership with Discovery in May 2018 and I had a medical aid savings of about R18 000 that was suppose to be paid to me. Now because I have joined a different medical scheme that us underwritten by discovery they want to move my medical aid savings without consulting me to the Bankmed. I have an email stating that my savings will be paid to me. I am the one who is paying the premium every month and I therefore want the money to be deposited to my bank account. I then asked this question why didn't they move my medical aid savings when I joined Bonitas? is it because it is not underwritten by them.

Discovery must also teach their consultant not to fight certain things as they are the messangers in this regard. I have a say on what I want to do with my money because I am the one contributing on a monthly basis.

All I want is money to paid.... They failed to move my membership from Discovery to Bankmed saying they are different.
