How do other institutions get hold of my records? I do not like other people phoning me with regards to Gap Cover or Hospital / Health Plans ... I would like the compnay to stop handing out details to unsuspecting clients. I feel that my privacy and confidentiality has been invaded. Also please forget about all these other money making schemes like vitality and gap cover ... Why can medical aid not be like it was in the past? I want to have real medical aid not some get rich quick scheme like your medical aid has become. I cannot afford to pay for additional services and your medical aid does not cover me in the case of Autism for Speech Therapy and other things that are not covered by the scheme... Change Medical Aid back to what it was ... I pay every month for my chronic medication and for other things that should be covered.
