Medical plan that costs a lot but can't do anything with it

<p>I have now 2 operations that can't be done by discovery key care plus vitality I need to go for an operation on an puliep removel and a wisdom tooth removel and X ray scans on both I have a lot of pain and can't wait till December to change or upgrade my medical I asked them if they can't help me with anything to can help me to upgrade or do something to help me they just say they can't do anything I feel like they are not doing anything to help me because they feel like they don't want to help me I am paying every month for longer then 3 years and I was happy with there service but now when I really need to get rid of all these pain they say sorry we can't help you I don't know if I must move from medicals or not I do like them but now they are just testing me and I need to do something or else I won't be able to handle this pain any longer</p>
