Medical payments went up with 110%

Just after Christmas we got a message saying our medical aid will increase by 110% More than double. We tried calling for days and finally got through on the 3rd of Jan 2024. We can't afford or even pay the absurd amount. We were told to go to the police for a report! Can't sleep so much stress... The payment is equal to our entire salary. The lady we spoke with from discovery said its not fair for us to pay the same as other people ( I guess they think we earn a huge amount of money???) Just started a small business and we have to place everything on halt to sort this out.
