Medical non payment for approved Authorization

In 25/03/2020 got an authorization approved for my procedure at Netcare Clinton Hospital. The hospital claimed for this procedure but the amount was paid and later reserved. When I called discovery about this the payment not being paid I was advised that the Authorization was declined but I that correspondence was never share with me.

I have being trying to get to the bottom of this matter and all have being getting is fruitless promises and lack of communication about this matter.
