Medical Malpractice

I really would not recommend anyone joining discovery and being an HR manager I would never recommend it to my staff, considering I care about their wellbeing. Early this year with no communication my chronic medication was denied after using the same treatment for 9 years. Suddenly an administrator woke up and decided that I did not need the medication for my condition. After much fight the administrators reinstated me with no apology. Last week I was told that again there is a problem with the payment of my medication. Again no explanation , No communication, no notification. After a week the matter is still in escalation stage. This happens to be a transplant medication!!!!! Is this not medical malpractice... Do you care how when you administrators make changes to peoples medication, how it kills the person.
