Medical - for what?!

<p>I have submitted a claim to discovery over 2 weeks ago. I have phoned and talked to so many people. They were supposr to reject it so ot reflect on mu claim statement that I can claim from my gapcover. Still nothing has been done. This is pathetic. Why do we have medical and the service is the way it is. NOT IMPRESSED</p>
