Medical claims that i had to pay from my own pocket and im not being refunded

<p>Since Discovery started their own insurance business it seems like their treating our medical claims as insurance claims, looking for any reasons not to refund customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>Last year i submiteed a claims in August after i took my wife to a specialist and i had to pay in cash, i submitted the invoices to the claims department and nothing happened, when i called in december to make a follow up i was told that i need to submitt a formal claim from the doctor of which i did, i submitted 2 more claims and still today i havent been paid my money.</p> <p>i'm starting to consider other medical aids, i've been a member for such a longer time and i feel like i'm being taken forgranted.</p> <p> </p>
