Medical claim
I went for a covid 19 test . I have submitted the claim 5 times, every time something is wrong with the claim but nobody comes back to me, Everytime I have to check the website for the progress of the claim . I have submitted the tax in voice and the receipt. The call centre operator told me now that they cannot valid the practice code for Lancet laboratories, while the practice number is on the invoice and receipt. Membership number: *** (AD STEYN)

28 May 2020, 19:17Please note that I travelled to Brazil until 15 march 2020 , after which I was told by healthworx in Carlswald in Midrand,( after I tried to make an appointment with dr. Neville Moodley), that I must go to Lancet laboratories in Sandton for a test and that is what I did.

30 May 2020, 09:53I got a response. Covid is a worldwide crisis and the medical aid is worried about who referred me to Lancet for the Covid test. What difference would it make whether or not a person was referred by a doctor? The fact is everyone, that travelled overseas must undergo the test. I am going to refer this to the medical aid ombudsman.
