Medical care delayed by PMA

So after paying so much money to the scheme , it is so easy for discover to delay a persons admission to have a procedure done??? The message below Discovery Health Member: Please note that your Authorisation has been declined. No Receipt of PMA from Dr MBOVANE C Z

So in a first place why did they not agree to give us this PMA form to hand it over to the Doctor? Even adding this person on the medical aid took months of back and forth hence now its so easy for you to even delay medical care. Discovery has lost its quality its a shame
