Medical Card Disgraced

Discovery Card Disgrace.

I have joined Discovery on the 01.01.2022 after leaving Profmed (member 21 years).

Since January 2022 I have contacted the card division of Discovery for a hard plastic card which they allegedly posted to Potchefstroom. Numerous follow ups later we are in November 2022 still no card. The only response we can get is this day and age is "You cannot collect the card", "Once the card has left the office we cannot track". This is ridiculous service from the "Number One Medical aid in South Africa"
