Medical Aid Wrongfully Cancelled by Discovery Health

I go to pharmacy to get meds and find out medical aid cancelled. Discovery Health cancelled my medical aid without communicating with me and for no apparent reason as they are collecting premiums. Today I get notification that they cancelled my wife as a dependent. Now I call and call centre tells me they have technical issues. The service channels give you predetermined service points that are unhelpful. I have been with them for 6 years. Thankfully my claim was not for life threatening events. Discovery Health has major admin weaknesses when they can wrongfully cancel a paying customer policy without even knowing it. Poor service at its worst. I am horrified
