Medical aid withdrawal

Do Customers always have to rush to Hello Peter to get your attention? I have called and sent mails several times to get clarity of the payout for my Medical aid withdrwawal with no assistance. Its either they hang up on me or they tell me they cannot get my records yet I have given them all details of my medical aid and withdrawal with all reference numbers given. This is so disappointing!
