MEDICAL AID THAT ****S!!

You people put me on your maternity benefits, but you refuse to cover my birth. I must give birth in a public hospital in a middle of a pandemic, so you dont care about my life and my unborn baby's life. Non of my family members has ever claimed for more 10 000 in a year, in all the years of using your medical aid but you wont look at that because you are too greedy. No one in my family has ever been hospitalized in all the years form 2015 to now but you wont look at that because you are greedy. You dont care about the wellbeing and safety of your clients, all you care about is taking money from them and making false promises. I have supp**** you with emails and phone call dates where you told me that my birth will be covered. You are cruel and heartless!! Why pay for all my check ups if in the end you will tell me to go to a public hospital? Your service is horrifying you leave your client in distress and in danger! I'm enough with this medical aid!!
