Medical Aid Terminated Without Notice

I resign from my employer only to find out by a declined claim a couple of days later that my membership with discovery has been terminated as per the previous employers request.

Where is the confirmation / communication to the principal member to discuss a way forward. Is the principal member choosing this institution for him and his family irrelevant to Discovery? If that is the case please let me know so that I can then move my business elsewhere.
