Medical aid suspension

Why is it that my I have been and still am paying every month for my medical aid but it gets suspended. Just this month I received a message saying that it was activated and shortly after one that says it's been suspended. I want to know when I ever missed a premium and why I cannot use my benefits while I pay every month without fail. No one seems to have an answer since last September.
