Medical aid suspended

<p>I pay my medical aid via debit order,dec 2016 premium was not deducted when i enquired i was told that my account had insufficient funds which is a lie.I called and asked that i pay manually andwas given an account number thats not working.I called many times but its just promises and excuses.I think they are doing this deliberately so i loose my cover since i have been declared not fit to work.Then maybe they want to restart the cover with pre existing conditions not covered.They have suspended my medical aid.</p>
