Medical aid suspended

<p>Im paying by debit order for my medical aid but they did not debit for december 2016 when i enquired they told me there was insufficient funds which is a big lie.As a result they have suspended my medical aid,i asked them for their account number to pay manually but the account they gave me was wrong.I called again and again but all im getting is excuses.I think they are doing this deliberately so they can cancel my medical aid and then i will have to restart with pre existing conditions not covered.Since they are well aware that i was given a permanent disability.</p>
