Poor service from this medical aid, they informed me that when the savings get finished we can use from the day to day benefit extender, they gave me the code 0190 for telephone consult, my doctor used that but they still rejected my claim, first time i called to enquire they told me it’s system error, i then called numerous times and no one could explain why my claim is still rejected, this medical aid scheme is a ****, now i have to pay the doctor cash before they hand me over to attorneys
