Medical Aid Savings payment delayed

Discovery makes a promise of making a payout of medical aid savings within 4 months yet they delay in making payments once this date had lapsed. My medical was terminated effective July 2024 and I was advised that I would receive my savings payout on December 14th. To this day no payment has been processed and I am told by the consultants who seemingly are misinformed that it will take two weeks for payment to clear. Like really, banks take 48 hours to clear if payment is made from different bank. The consultants I spoke to had told me payment will be processed on December 14th but other consultant advised it will only process after 2 weeks from it being initiated on December 14th. This is pure disrespect to me, in that I was **** to and given misinformation from Discovery which ultimately strives to stall payments.
