please give us an option to put a negative rating! this company is the **** of the earth.. I am paying over 3k a month for medical aid but can't use it, I get told there are no funds, funny how I have been to the doctor 3 times this entire year but the funds are finished, and now what? I pay 3k and I can't use it? It's ****ing theft! so putting in my cancellation today, medical aid companies are just huge legal **** artists
