Discovery has put the patient through terrible strides to get her medication approved. The Dr has also intervened and submitted a request via the health ID app. The medication was declined stating does not meet criteria but discovery does not provide the ****in creteria well i established that the BMI and Hba1c was needed we submitted the required information. Then there was a problem with the drug classes and the regimes discovery has the needed information to make as informed decision.

The patient meets the criteria and the medication is on formulary so why the **** is discovery denying treatment for so long...
