Medical Aid Refuses to pay

Good day Discovery,

I do not know where to start. How do we decline a covered medical benefit and then not provide a reason for not paying the claim? First claim was made in February 2020, which was rejected and said I was not on the medical aid anymore. 2nd claim was made in April 2020 for the same spend and discovery said they would pay – BUT ultimately did not pay. 3rd claim was made in August 2020 – and this was rejected, and the medical aid said this was too late to claim.

Please URGENTLY advise the reason this medical claim was never paid? Please bear in mind that I have now been informed I have been placed in legal collections when I have had medical aid, and this has been submitted to you, but this has never been paid.
