Medical Aid Refund
I am expecting a refund , the service was terminated effective 30 November 2015. I was told the EFT will be actioned on the 16 April 2016. I have contacted their customer care on this number ***. I was taken from pillar to post Until I spoke to Shivan who said the other agents I spoke to do not know what they were talking about and said they gave me wrong information. It was said the money will be on my account by the 18th April 2016. Shivan said that is not true even if I have a letter confirming such. She said the money will be in the latest Friday the 22 April as the EFT was actioned on the 19th April 2016. I am not happy with their service and I am glad I joined Bonitas. Discovery is full of ******.
