Medical Aid Payment

Discovery Health Medical Aid I'm extremely upset because my medical aid was cancelled last year as it was a company that I previously worked for that was paying for it. I hadn't used it since the next thing they keep contacting me and sending rude text messages and voice messages asking me to pay an account that was closed and cancelled a year ago. I haven't used the card at all but they're constantly asking me for payment for what as the last payment was done and deducted by the company I worked for. I just don't understand and I am very disappointed the manner in which they operate with customers.
