Medical aid offer accepted on a lie

I had to move to another medical due to business requirements however, due to that policy not offering effective cover I opted to move back to discovery I called and everything was done provided my information moving from medical to medical I was offered cover with a Gwp, I was then informed that my asthma would be covered as well covid, subsequently tried getting my chronic asthma medication which they could not assist with. I had only accepted the cover based that my asthma would be covered I was offered various other medical aid from other schemes but choose discovery as I know the service I am greatly disappointed I have spoken to Justina who promised she would call me before the end of the day guess what a week later still no call back
