Medical aid not activated for 01/05 and Counter Offer accepted

Good Day,

I accepted my counter offer yesterday as Sipho advised that she will contact me on Saturday to give an update on the waiving of the general 3 months waiting period as this was a compulsory move from a closed scheme due to resignation form employer. NO call from Sipho yesterday, so accepted my counter offer to at leave have cover due to start on 01/05/2022. This was not activated.

This is terrible service! Please advise soonest!
