Medical Aid Membership Card Not delivered for more than 6 months

Discovery has been failing to deliver my membership card for more than 6 months. I joined Discovery Medical Aid from 1 August 2019 as I moved to my wife's medical aid. Discovery promised to send me the membership card within 6 weeks off joining the Medical Aid and that has not happened. They have made several promises for a very long time and failed to deliver.

I'm now thinking of moving my family to a new medical scheme as I'm tired of this poor service.
