medical aid made difficult to understand.

I have written about this company before and lo- and behold I am back with more bad news- they were supposed to get back to me regarding my previous review but nothing. I would like to compliment Vinni for keeping his word to get back to me but unfortunately he cannot solve my disgust at discovery. I am unemployed,and so I called them to find out about the stupid way their plans work and I was told I could go to aa specific doctor in my area and they would cover the bill. but today Vinni phones me and says the bill was over R600m nand they only paid R`16 because my savings is exhausted. which I knew from the onset. I wonder if they want their members to all die so that they can declare bankruptcy. I have requested the company that is paying my medical aid to cancel my cover and instead take out a hospital plan for me. the chronic benefit is another issue of contention
