Medical aid issue unresolved for almost 2 months now

I've complained and complained and I'm still complaining todate about the service I'm receiving from discovery, let alone people not answering the phones when trying to resolve my issue, I'm going for the second month my medical issue hasn't been resolved yet I was told everything is resolved , it's my wish for discovery to resolve my issue urgently before I move to another medical aid please
