Medical aid issue

I called discovery to get a medical aid quote the agent made me take the medical aid out and then told me I can just email to cancel. The medical aid is now on my name which I do not want I tried cancelling it to no avail as their call centre keeps putting me through to different departments. I'm not sure if this is a way to make new business or what. But I would like to be assisted in closing this medical aid please
