<p>I went for my doctors appointment on the 16th May and as usual i have to pay R800 cash as the doctor does not accept Discovery members because discovery does not pay the full amount charged. When i got to the office on the 17th May i submitted my claim for R800 as this is due to me. I have been following up with the claims department on the status of my claim but receive an email with a reference number instead, I want this money to be paid to me urgently - Reference numbers - ********** 205 & ********** 719</p>
