My son was involved in a car accident. He was taking to the emergency room by ambulance. On arrival we had to pay, had to pay for the ambulance, pay when discharged. On top of that received a msg that the medical aid did not pay for X Ray's. It's was the last few days of November and all that was suppose to come from the savings which is depleted. If it was not that there is chronic patients on the medical aid I would have canceled. I submit to the claims department X3 times if not more. The first time was that it was not visible and I revisited. Then there is no claim submitted. Claim submitted on the 28.11.2023 to date no communication. Maybe going to the ombudsman will help.
