Medical aid declines one day admission

I need to take my son for a Tilt Test and EEG on Wednesday 22.01.2020 for his heart but the medical aid declined to autorize his one day admission. Advised that it will have to come off the medical savings. We are a family of 4. How are we suppose to go through the year if these tests is not approved and needs to be paid out of the savings.

My son Ockert Jordyn Bates fainted twice in one year its not a nice thing to experians that your child is like lifeless in your arms and you do not know the reason or the cause if this. You not sure if he will wake up ot go into a coma.

As a mother i am very worried that this is happening. Why do i pay so much for a medical aid if i cant use it.
