Medical Aid Deception
I am experiencing the worst service from Discovery Medical Aid. I have been a member from 2*** then I reactivated my medical aid in June this year as my work and salary have improved.
I have unfortunately found out I'm pregnant a month ago from my GP after fainting at work. I'm very far along and had no idea that this is my situation. I immediately let my medical aid know but I am getting the runaround about a term that they are claiming for pre existing conditions. In this case I am stranded as I do not have R30 000 for my hospital costs. I am pleading with Discovery to resolve this and approve my pre authorization request as I do not wish to cancel my medical aid over this.

Discovery you have let me down and left me stranded durin a very vulnerable time. But you remember to gladly take my money but won't deliver on your services.
