Medical aid crisis

I resigned at my previous work discovery saw that but didn't once phone me to ask mam would you like to stay on as a member I had to find out by my gp that discovery terminated my membership I thought you guys wanted customers from the beginning I have been so impressed with your service but now I'm so disipointed I found out I'm preg and thought you know what let me pay my installment then I find out the cancelled my membership completely I now have to re apply to be a member I'm sorry but that's not good service at all I feel you guys could have done better I should rather just join a different medical aid after my baby is born because I'm pregnant now I still have to stress about my medical aid
