Medical aid claim

I'm not happy at all, yesterday I took my daughter to the doctor and before they could assist they checked if I had enough funds to cover my claim and confirmd I had R1510 with a Ref *** but today when they processed a claim of R1460.60 my medical aid can only cover part of my claim and I have to pay R570 from my own pocket. I pay close to R2000 every month and don't get sick very often and yet when I need them to play they role and pay for what they suppose to pay for they telling me endless story. Why confirm I have enough funds and let me go to the doctor knowing I have nothing to worry about then the next day I apparently don't have enough. I didn't budget for this and now I need to borrow money so I can pay for the claim they confirmed was gonna be covered. I'm really frustrated and not happy at all. I called their call center today but still can't get a valid reason as to why confirm that I had enough funds while I don't have enough funds.
