medical aid card not delivered

I have a medical aid with discovery and lost my bag in January 2015 then I have called the discovery call centre to report that my card was lost and ordered a new one that was in February 2015 .And I waited for delivery of the card in March 2015 I called the call centre again apparently the consultant that took my details wrote the wrong suburb , so the card was sent to wrong address .so the consultant advised that if I don't get the card after 6 weeks I should go look for my card at the post office as they are unable to get the extension for the area were I live. Went to the post office as per advise and I was told they need a track number and now I 'm still with no card .
