Medical aid card never received

I have been waiting since October 2017 for my new medical aid cards. I have sent numerous e-mails and made many a phone call to Discovery. On more than one occassion I was promised that the cards will be delivered soon. Almost 5 months later and still nothing, not even a reply to my last e-mail. How is this acceptable?
