Medical aid card

I'm disappointed with discovery medical aid, I joined in April till today no card received only thing when you call they will send me from one person to another and its so irritating. I'm thinking of cancelling my membership and request the full refund because of their terrible service. Tired of empty promises stupid service and since I've joined i'm getting negative comment for declining claims that leads to death
